- How do I disconnect?
- Open the app, go to Settings, and use the Disconnect option. This clears locally stored credentials and session data.
- How do I remove Health access?
- Revoke the app’s Health permissions in iOS Settings or in the Health app’s permissions controls.
- How do I delete imported data from Apple Health?
- Remove the imported samples in Apple Health. Data written by the app can be managed or deleted there.
- What should I include in a support request?
- Send the email address used with Eight Sleep if relevant, the time of the issue, the last import behavior you saw, and any screenshot or error text that may help reproduce the problem.
